Inspiration
Crypto cats are lazy, sitting there eating up Ethereum blockchain space being all cute and not doing anything, we need better NFTs ones with jobs! NFTs that will earn you money, save, trade, protect your Defi assets (also still be very cute).
What it does
We've build a farm, a farm is essentially a smart contract where NFTs get registered, NFTs that are accepted to the farm are featured on the official Defi farm website and are part of the family.
To show this potential we've built 2 types of NFTs aSavers and aTrades, one is using Aave to earn you passive interest and the other is yolo-ing and going long on Ether.
aSaver - A type of NFT that will eat your Eth and go all in, with a leverage! This is a really risky animal that might get killed in the price crashed but can earn you money quickly!
aTraders - A type of NFT that will eat your Eth and all in, with a leverage! This is a really risky animal that might be killed in the price crashed but can earn you money quickly!
How we built it
A lot of sweat, tears and drinking beers, but mainly the drinking part.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
After over a year of thinking about combining the NFT ecosystem and Defi, we finally started working on it!
What we learned
Solidity developers learned how to center a div. And that you can't borrow with a flash loan and then borrow normally on aave.
What's next for Defi Farm
Add more Defi Animals that will help with defi management and get an actual frontend developer to write the UI.
