Inspiration Decentralized economy has become a trillion dollars industry. It’s a proven business that comes to satisfy what brick and mortar finances couldn’t. But they are complex systems that can only serve people that already are tech savvy, have tokens or may access developed FIAT ramps to make their exchanges into crypto (banked). As M-Pesa is doing for Africa (15B transactions/year) and Lemonade is doing for insurance in US (+10B Valuation), we are building the next generation on-ramp infrastructure for DeFi.

What it does Our social networks Bot guides people on how to open a wallet, get their first tokens with peers or local institutions and access DeFI services.

How we built it We have built it using the Telegram API connected to a database where we defined the different interactions and queries for the AI. Then, you are able to open a wallet in Terra Station to transact UST and LUNA seemingly throught the bot. We have also created an integration between Serum powered Solana swaper and our ecosystem of decentralized exchanage, which users are able to use connecting any Solana wallet into our platform.

Challenges we ran into Finding the right pathway for us to securely and relatively fast interact with web3. Integratin Serum with an alternative API to Bonafida. (because the cost of subscritpion)

Accomplishments that we're proud of It exceeded our expectations in terms of all the functionalities we can add up to it, and the roadmap of implementations with other protocols.

What we learned We learned how to implement Serum and Terra´s wallet, and how to easily present to proto users the different steps involved.

What's next for Charly Mate We will allow the execution of transactions and payment links directly through the bot. We will integrate with DeFi services native to the Solana chain. And we will create a CryptoMate look and feel Terra wallet.
