Inspiration
I wanted a simple tool to help us focus while studying.
What it does
It plays music with matching GIFs, has a Pomodoro timer, and includes rain and ASMR sounds.
How we built it
I used HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build the music player, timer, and sound controls.
Challenges we ran into
Making the timer and music work together and changing the GIF with each song was tricky. Basically had to figure out logic for functionality.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I got music, timer, GIFs, and sound effects features to work
What we learned
Learned how to control audio, use timers, and update the UI with JavaScript.
What's next for DeepStudy
adding more songs, more sound options, and maybe task tracking and rewards for studying to keep you motivated
