Deep learning IBM mainframe to determine Covid food surplus

Startup:

This project can be used for a consultancy startup who works with governments and nonprofits to determine peoples access to food based on their income and location and then reach out to them for support.

We can utilize the deep learning mainframe by implementing it in government databases during the progression of a virus so it can automatically call or text residents of the disctrict, state, our country based on the demographics kept in government records

This was coded by and set up with a virtual server in IBM zSystems by John Hurst. It is a social impact project. Sonya Tomar Assisted in the planning phase.
