Inspiration
Deeets was born from a familiar moment, arriving at a networking event, realizing I had no business cards, and awkwardly spelling out my website. I wanted something better: a fast, clean, modern way to share all my digital details in one tap. Something personal, flexible, and actually built for real-world use.
What it does
Deeets is a customizable link hub that lets users:
- Showcase all their important links
- Share a personal vCard to be added as a contact
- Instantly connect via QR code
- Switch between carousel or stacked layouts
- Customize themes for a page that feels like them It’s built for people who network, speak, build, or just want a better bio link.
How I built it
I used 100% Bolt and connected it to Supabase for user handling, and some Figma designs to match exactly what I have in mind.
Challenges I ran into
Initially, I want this to be built on Next JS (In Bolt, of course), but unfortunately, Next JS can't work with Supabase in Bolt, so I decided to just use React JS. Other than that and a few hallucinations, everything seems gone well
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Made this in less than 72 hours 🔥 I was here at the start, then I just decided to build one last weekend. My brain hurts.
What I learned
Bolt is an amazing platform. Sure, there are a few hiccups, but if you feed it enough tokens, it gets the job done. Vibe coding takes a bit of familiarity with structure and frameworks, and it’s been a while since I actually built something hands-on. So thanks, Bolt, for giving me the push to dive back in.
What's next for Deeets!
Hopefully more exciting stuff!
