By law, websites that collect users data are forced to give the users the data they collected about them at request. Since a lot of people is getting out of regular social networks -for various reasons- I had the idea of reusing the data the users provided to these companies and upload it to a blockchain platform.
What it does
I started working on the posting of text between users, and I tried to mix it with dynamic cards. Functionally it doesn't hold up to deploy as an application, it is more little pieces that with more time could be useful together.
How I built it
Through BlockStack (https://docs.blockstack.org/)
Challenges I ran into
I had to learn how to use React.js and BlockStack, both new paradigms for me.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
I'm proud that I know I have an "overview knowladge" of how a Blockchain App may work.
What I learned
What's next for DecNet
I wish to participate in the challenge of publishing the BlockStack App to the market!
