DecisionLog is an Atlassian Forge app for Confluence. Its macro reads a meeting page, extracts the decisions and action items using deterministic rule-based parsing, shows them to a human for one-click confirmation, and creates linked Jira issues for the confirmed action items.
No LLM, no external network calls, no API keys — everything runs inside Forge.
Built for the Business Teams category. Status: working build v2.4.0 running on a developer site, 78 of 78 automated tests passing, verified end-to-end (meeting page fixture → extracted decisions → Jira issue created). Solo project by Jonathan Ream.
Disclosure: the app was designed and built with an AI pair-builder under the entrant's direction, and the extraction engine itself is deterministic code, not AI.
