This project was inspired by a line from The Matrix: “You didn’t come here to make the choice, you’ve already made it. You’re here to understand why you made it.” I’ve often found that when I struggle between different decisions, deep down I already know my answer. What holds people back is not the choice itself, but the fear of uncertainty. Many end up following the crowd rather than confronting the risks. That realization led us to create a platform that helps users visualize possible risks, so they can prepare themselves and decide whether they can endure the conditions that may arise.

Since our team members were new to programming, we chose to bring our idea to life using Google AI. This allowed us to experience the process of turning a concept into a working platform, bridging imagination and reality. Since we enjoy word games, we thought it would be a good idea to transform this “serious” process into something more engaging and fun. By gamifying decision-making, we wanted to make people feel less intimidated by uncertainty and more curious about exploring the risks and outcomes of their choices.

Of course, we faced challenges along the way. As we new to programming, we struggled with learning Google AI tools, debugging errors, and simplifying ambitious ideas into achievable features. Therefore, designing a user experience that reflected real needs rather than assumptions was difficult. Apart from that, coordinating teamwork and balancing creativity with practicality tested us, but ultimately strengthened our resilience and collaboration.

Through this journey, I began to reflect on what it truly means to build tools for others. Development is not just about creating what I think people need, it’s about stepping into their shoes and understanding what they really need. This shift in perspective has been one of the most important lessons I’ve learned, and it continues to shape how I approach problem-solving and innovation.
