The inspiration for my UniSwap Marketplace project came from the growing potential of decentralized finance (DeFi) and the ability to create custom ERC20 tokens. I wanted to explore the mechanics behind token swaps and offer users a simple platform to exchange their own tokens using the network's native coin. Utilizing Next.js and Hardhat allowed me to build an efficient frontend and smart contract environment, while Tailwind CSS, RainbowKit, and Wagmi simplified the design and wallet integration. My aim was to contribute to the DeFi ecosystem by providing a streamlined experience for users and showcasing my interest in blockchain technology.
