Decent Token Creator (ERC-20)

Inspiration

Decent Token Creator was inspired by the increasing demand for simple and accessible token creation tools. Many individuals and small projects find the technical complexities of creating an ERC-20 token daunting. We aimed to simplify this process, making it accessible to anyone with an idea, regardless of their technical background.

What it does

Decent Token Creator is a dApp that allows users to create ERC-20 tokens effortlessly. Users can define the token name, symbol, and total supply, and the dApp handles the rest. It simplifies the creation process while ensuring that the resulting tokens adhere to the ERC-20 standard, ready for deployment on the blockchain.

How we built it

We utilized Solidity to develop the token contracts, ensuring compliance with ERC-20 standards. The frontend was built using NextJs, offering a clean and user-friendly interface. We prioritized simplicity in the user journey to token creation.

Challenges we ran into

We also faced technical hurdles in ensuring that the dApp could handle multiple token creation requests efficiently. In all of this, there is still room for improvement.

What's next for Decent Token Creator (ERC-20)

Looking ahead, we plan to introduce additional features, such as token customization options and a marketplace for users to list their tokens. A Launchpad for ETN-SC is on the sight.
