Inspiration

Covid-19 has become a pandemic and affect almost all the countries. Keeping people under quarantine and tracking their movements are becoming difficult.

Movement of people with possible symptoms of corona virus create panic within communities.

What it does

Proposing a tool to track movements of people with possible covid-19 symptoms, people who traveled recently inter and intra country and anybody who is identified by Health Ministry.

Capture all details required from the identified individuals daily and create a database.

Automatically generate live reports and share with the individuals & decease control agencies as per the prediction model.

How I built it

I opt to go with Option 2: Ship an awesome proof-of-concept with lots of potential. Hence it has a workflow diagram and a detail POC as of now.

Form Template

Form has a list of questionnaires under 3 major category. It has a ability to get one-time data and recurring information from the user on a daily basis.

1) Behavioral questions - example one-time and recurring behaviors

2) Social questions - example : Did you visit gathering ? Did you meet any of your friends/relatives ?

3) Health questions - example : Are you coughing / fever / body ache / cold / etc. ?

Challenges I ran into

Have a technology stack in mind and unable to build it right now. However i shared the technology related information.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

It is an opportunity for me to give back something effective to the human community during this unprecedented time.

Build the real time system quickly.

What's next for Decease Control System

It is a proof of concept and i have 3 team members including me. The system can be built quickly since it is almost a single page application. Also my team has all the required expertise to develop and build the application in a timely fashion.
