What it does
It helps individuals determine the monthly payment and overall cost of a loan. It typically takes into account various factors such as the loan amount, interest rate, and loan term (length of time to repay the loan) to calculate the monthly payment, total interest paid, and total cost of the loan. A loan calculator can help individuals compare different loan options and make informed decisions about borrowing money. How we built it
Our team has developed the loan calculator using a combination of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming languages. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive and efficient tool that utilizes the best of modern web development technologies to deliver an optimal user experience. Challenges we ran into
During the development of the loan calculator project, our team encountered challenges with integrating the API and implementing the back-end functionality. Despite these difficulties, we were able to find solutions and ensure the smooth functioning of the application. Accomplishments that we're proud of
Participating in our first hackathon was a valuable learning experience for our team. As a group of individuals who had never worked together on a single large programming project before, we quickly discovered the importance of teamwork and collaboration in achieving our common goal. The hackathon provided an unique opportunity for us to develop our communication, problem-solving, and delegation skills. The pressure of a tight deadline and the experience of working in a team environment further highlighted the importance of efficient teamwork. We had a lot of fun during the event and look forward to participating in future hackathons.

Our team has gained valuable experience in utilizing an API for web development during the course of this project.
