Inspiration
The app was inspired by our trip to coffeebean where there was a 19.90 for 4 cups of coffee promotion but there was not enough friends who want coffee to make 4 pax.
What it does
It allows users to share the deals with other users to make up the number of people required for the promotion deal.
How we built it
We built it using react, python and MongoDB.
Challenges we ran into
The challenges were that sometimes the styling of the application was really difficult and there were some issues when we integrated our codes together
Accomplishments that we are proud of
Managed to successfully build and deploy the web application
What's next for DealShare
To add a chat platform to DealShare so that users can communicate and make more friends for subsequent deals
