Inspiration
Despite having access to sophisticated CRM data and revenue intelligence platforms, sales reps still struggle to close deals consistently. I realized there's a critical gap between having insights and knowing how to act on them. This problem inspired me to build something that offers personalized coaching to sales reps exactly where they need it most - right in the moment when they're trying to figure out how to move a deal forward.

DealCoach is a face-to-face AI coaching platform that transforms how sales professionals close deals. Using visual MEDDIC methodology analysis, it analyzes your CRM data to identify specific gaps in each deal, then provides personalized video coaching sessions with AI personas who guide reps through exactly what they need to improve.

What's next for DealCoach AI
It is worth expanding the methodology and product training to include a comprehensive enablement coach. Our vision is to evolve beyond deal coaching into a complete sales enablement platform that covers all aspects of sales training and development.
