I drew inspiration for the AI Mandate Program from the need to eliminate distrust and inefficiency in online transactions between strangers. Building it taught me that while HTML provides the core website structure, true middleman functionality requires complex backend logic, secure databases, and AI integration for automated escrow and mandate enforcement. The biggest challenge was realizing the jump from simple front-end design to the sophisticated security and server-side coding necessary to manage the entire transactional process.
DealBridge is only starting, and I plan on working on it further.
