Inspiration

As S&T students we wanted to convey to the world what it is like to be an S&T student during finals.

What it does

It is a game that takes you on a deeply impactful story that will leave you in tears at the end.

How we built it

We built it using Godot.

Challenges we ran into

There were many challenges and bugs we ran into while developing, in which we needed to work together to solve. One category of error we kept needing to solve was git management, since we used github to all work on the game together.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to create a game from scratch that we are proud of. We also had a great time developing the game.

What we learned

We all learned a lot more about the Godot game engine, especially a lot more of it's small features that we did not know about.

What's next for DEAD WEEK

A visual overhaul would be nice. The time to make more custom assets would add a fresh polish to the game. We would also tune the level design to be longer and add more to each level. We also could add more enemy types to represent more majors, as well as the ability to maybe pick which major you want to play as and receive their power would add more variety to the game.
