Inspiration

According to the straits times, about 1 in 3 young people in Singapore has mental health symptoms and more attention should be given to address their mental health needs.

What it does

It trains our reaction time and allows us to be agile and more efficient in thinking.

How we built it

We consulted our lecturers and friends how to use python and solve problems we meet when we are doing the program.

Challenges we ran into

There is limited resources such as number of buttons and colours of LEDs. It is also hard to program as some functions might run simultaneously. For example, when we pressed button A, both games ran at the same time. Due to this issue, we had to change the code multiple times.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We finally solved the problems that we met in coding and learnt some skills in python which we had never learnt before. All team members were willing to stay back and work together to complete the project.

What we learned

  • coding in python which we never learnt before
  • coding can be done by blocks
  • cooperate with international students
  • cooperate with local students
  • use limited resources to achieve goals
  • UNSDG is important to us and it is related to everyone

What's next for 7-12

  • take part in more competition in different areas
  • improve our coding skills
  • find out more about python
  • learn more about UNSDGs
  • add more teammates who are willing to join us
