Inspiration

It was a concept I had when writing the song just based on the situation a lot of shy introverted people might find themselves in. The potential for so much more that is never pursued.

How we built it

I made this when runway act 2 just came out. I did zero training for anything in this video using Whisk image reference (before image edit models)

Challenges we ran into

The only challenge was just experimenting with Runway Act 2, optimizing the performance from the driving footage for the characters.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

There are a few scenes where characters come from off screen into the frame that were achieved by playing with start and end frames to work backwards to achieve, back on veo3, ingridients was not an a viable option to use.

What we learned

General mechanics that act 2 performed well under and instances that would break it.

What's next for Daydreaming

Maybe an upscaled remake of a few shots with modern image edit capabilites to improve character likeliness.
