In this analysis, we aim to investigate employment disparities in New York City by examining job market data across various demographic groups. Our focus is to understand how factors such as race, ethnicity, gender, and pay bands influence access to employment opportunities and career advancement. By analyzing this data, we aim to uncover patterns of inequality in employment outcomes and identify areas where targeted interventions may be needed. Through this project, we hope to contribute valuable insights that can help inform policy decisions, improve diversity and inclusion efforts, and drive meaningful change in the city's workforce.
