Inspiration

Well, this is a bit ambiguous, but I'll try my best to explain. We've always been interested in math, algorithms, machine learning and artificial intelligence development. So, with the help of our pragmatic spirit we've decided to showcase our skills. We also hoped that with this occasion we'll find a community of machine learning enthusiasts.

What it does

It's a Machine Learning powered predictive analytics application that is designed to quickly extract insights from any source. It allows an immediate analysis of your data transforming it into a set of trustworthy predictions, as well as pertinent information visualisations.

How we built it

Challenges we ran into

we had some trouble connecting the frontend to the backend because we built the frontend first and then tried to connect it
we also had some trouble connecting redis for background workers
we had a loooooot of bugs :))

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud that we've substantially improved our ability to work as a team.

What we learned

In my opinion, this weekend we brought our machine learning skills to a new level. We learned to be more efficient when working as a team

What's next for DataGulp

We were always captivated by the tech startup community, so we hope that one day DataGulp will become a legitimate business. We will also continue improving DataGulp's machine learning system.
