Inspiration:We wanted to give people control over their health.
What it does: It has comprehensive features and tools to provide personalized health insights so people can manage their health better. The nature of the crisis and seizures is unpredictable and can happen anywhere and anytime, so from the daily logs of your symptoms and triggers; you'll be given a prediction on when your next crisis/stroke will likely happen so you can be prepared.
How we built it: We give people resources, taking information and gives suggestions based on their input; and remind them of events(medications, appointments, hydration)
Challenges we ran into: Big ideas, little time. But we managed to learn and adapt quickly to the tech stack.
Accomplishments that we're proud of: We actually got most of our plans to work.
What we learned: JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js as well as teamwork.
What's next for Sickle Solutions: We will host it on the web as well as make it a mobile app.
