Looking at People doing manual entry in excel and sharing screenshots and emailing with different versions saved with different people systems.

It Allows user to upload his excel sheet with Data or connect google sheet with data and allow configuration of which fields are for data entry with formatting of data type, mandatory data input fields and also configure which data field is wanted as dropdown. The dropdown selected fetches all relevant data for that record. The record can be selected which opens up fields that are for data entry. Once data entry is done and submitted the records is updated in the database and Send to Whatsapp button is enabled. The Button is used to enter 12 digit number including country code and send the updated record to phone number mentioned.

The Application was built using a single prompt on bolt

some features that were mentioned in first prompt was not interpreted. A revision smaller prompt for enabling the feature was given which tool care of the features.

Being a non coder, i always wished to have such system which can be used on any kind of excel data. The application building tool minutes from scratch to build and Implement.

We learned a Prompt technique which gives expected output in first go.

Next level is to generate user defined reports on the data which can be configurable along with graphical representation for MIS.
