-Nutrition breakdown This radar chart shows my nutrition intake over the last 3 days. The red line represents 100% of the FDA recommended intake.

-Sleep blocks This bar chart displays the times I Fell asleep and woke up over the last 14 days. All nighters, anyone?

-Sleep quality This line chart shows the quality of my sleep as a function of time over the last 14 days.
