How we built it
We developed this web application from scratch using php, css, html, javascript and mysql languages.
Challenges we ran into
There have been several points where we got stuck and were having database issues because we were all working separately on different machines and thus servers.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We have managed to create a system that has some of the main features working and also we are proud to have overcome the database errors we were encountering in development.
What we learned
We learned to be persistent, we learned new ways of dealing with the database and new commands from our peers and have also been advised on ideal frameworks to work with for our fully functional system.
What's next for data free customer service
We will continue to develop the platform and implement all the features. We will look at the different means of achieving our goals of making the system data free and accessible to everyone. We plan to continue building on what we have and build a community that can one day make a difference in society.
