Data Center Builder is an AI-native design and preconstruction platform that transforms a real parcel and project brief into a coordinated data-center campus. A user can provide site information, aerial maps, yield studies, investor documents, and project requirements. The platform organizes that information into a shared project knowledge base, identifies verified facts and unresolved assumptions, and uses data-center-specific design kernels to generate and compare campus options. Each option can include: Site and building orientation Data-hall and support-space planning Electrical and thermal reservations Utility and equipment-yard coordination Roads, security, loading, parking, and circulation Capacity, density, phasing, and yield comparisons A navigable 3D digital twin A coordinated drawing-set workflow Unlike a generic AI image generator, Data Center Builder creates structured, source-linked design objects. The site plan, rooms, equipment placeholders, feasibility metrics, 3D model, and drawing sheets originate from the same project model. When the design changes, connected outputs can be regenerated and checked for staleness instead of being manually recreated across disconnected applications. The platform is also designed to be honest about what AI knows. Every important output can carry its source, maturity, and professional-responsibility status. Unknown utility capacities, unconfirmed jurisdictional requirements, vendor-dependent equipment selections, and engineering decisions remain clearly identified rather than being silently invented. Permit lifecycle gates fail closed when required professional or external information is missing. Our demonstration uses a real upcoming data-center campus. The system ingests the available project documents, generates alternative campus configurations, evaluates orientation and site utilization, creates a detailed facility program, populates the digital twin with data halls, electrical rooms, operations spaces, security, loading areas, and illustrative equipment, and connects those objects to a coordinated design-set environment. Users can compare design scenarios, inspect the campus in 3D, turn buildings and systems on or off, trace rooms back to their source program, and see which decisions are confirmed, assumed, or still require review. Data Center Builder does not attempt to replace architects, engineers, utilities, vendors, or authorities having jurisdiction. It gives those professionals—and the owners who hire them—a faster, more coordinated, and more auditable starting point. It reduces repetitive early-stage work, exposes project risks sooner, and allows teams to explore more viable alternatives before committing significant engineering capital.
