Our website with the chatbot
Inspiration
I recognized the challenges that customers often face when dealing with insurance companies, such as complex policies, lengthy claim processes, and difficulty in getting quick answers to questions. This inspired me to create a solution that would enhance the overall customer experience.
What it does
It can assist you to underwrite insurance policies and also to claim the amount. Our bot will predict your premium amount based on the details provided by you using Machine Learning model and you can able to pay your monthly premium amount and can verify the amount paid till now.
How we built it
We build our bot using Kore.ai platform and we used ml model Api which is deployed in Microsoft Azure and implemented razor pay's simulation payment method and used Kore.ai platform database to store details.
Challenges we ran into
We faced many challenges while creating this bot. Especially deploying the ML model in azure and implementing the payment option and deploying the bot in the website.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of the accomplishments of this chatbot within the short period of time and we accomplished this project as a team
What we learned
By finishing this project, we have learned to deploy and create ML model, creating Api, deploying the bot in the website etc.
What's next for Dark AI
Our team is aiming to participate in upcoming hackathons which will be usefull for us to compete with many challenges
