Our motivation stems from a deep commitment to empower NGOs in supporting immigrants and underserved communities—helping them seamlessly access vital healthcare by simplifying appointment booking with providers. We aim to break down language barriers and accessibility challenges with cutting-edge AI technology.

What it does

Our system accepts raw audio input, intelligently transcribes and translates it into English, then leverages a custom Phenoml AI agent to deliver personalized recommendations. It finally generates a structured JSON output containing all critical details, transforming spoken requests into actionable data.

How we built it

We deployed our intelligent agent on TrueFoundry’s robust platform, integrating advanced AI capabilities by harnessing Claude for natural language understanding and OpenHands to power key feature implementations. This fusion enabled a scalable, reliable voice-interactive solution.

Challenges we ran into

Hosting our custom AI agent on TrueFoundry tested our adaptability—we rapidly mastered FastAPI deployment to bridge complex agent workflows with scalable cloud infrastructure, overcoming steep learning curves under tight timelines.
