🌿 Inspiration

In today’s fast-paced world, we often forget the most important person to care for — ourselves. Whether it’s skipping medication, forgetting to drink enough water, or neglecting a simple mood check-in, wellness becomes the last thing on our list.

As someone who believes that technology can feel human, I wanted to create something that gently supports people through their everyday routine — without judgment, without pressure. A tool that feels like a quiet friend, reminding you to pause, breathe, and care for your body and mind. That’s how this idea was born.

💡 What it does

This app is a daily health companion designed to support self-care with features like:

  • 🕒 Medication Reminders
  • 💧 Hydration Tracker
  • 😴 Mood & Sleep Check-In
  • 📋 Vitals Log (BP, sugar, heart rate)
  • 📁 Prescription Storage
  • 👨‍👩‍👧 Family Mode (track loved ones' wellness too)
  • 🌞 Today’s Boost – shows a daily quote, health tip, or light joke to uplift the mood

The goal is simple: make self-care feel easy, warm, and worth showing up for — every day.

🛠️ How I built it

  • Built the entire interface and logic using Bolt.new
  • Now focused on modular health cards.
  • Employed soft UI design with accessible colors and calming layout
  • Deployed the app with Netlify and tested responsive design
  • Explored integration with ElevenLabs (for future voice reminders)

🚧 Challenges I faced

  • Crafting clean prompts for Bolt that generate usable UI and logic
  • Balancing multiple features without overwhelming the user
  • Styling mobile layouts while keeping it senior-friendly
  • Creating a wellness tool that’s more emotional than clinical

🧠 What I learned

  • Writing descriptive prompts that communicate UX intention to AI
  • How simplicity in design is powerful — especially in health apps
  • How wellness tools need empathy as much as functionality
  • How tools like Bolt and Netlify can turn raw ideas into reality — fast

🌈 What’s next?

  • Adding voice reminder features
  • Daily streaks for habit consistency
  • Backend support (like Supabase) to sync across devices
  • A community tab where people share feel-good tips

💬 Final Thought

We don’t need more loud alarms telling us what to do. We need quiet nudges that say: "You're doing great. Let's keep going."
This app is my attempt at building that nudge.
