Inspiration

Every morning I'd stare at messy notes and spend 5–10 minutes reformatting them into a standup update. Same task, every single day. I built this agent to eliminate that repetitive work.

What it does

Takes raw, unstructured work notes and instantly converts them into a clean standup report:

• ✅ Done — what you completed
• 🔄 Doing — what you're working on today
  
• 🚧 Blockers — anything in your way

How I built it

Built with the Strands Agents SDK and AWS Bedrock (Amazon Nova Pro). The agent uses two custom tools — summarize_notes to extract key points from free-form input, and format_standup to structure the output. The model reasons through the input and decides which tools to call automatically.
