This app lets you track your 5 a day and other meals / snacks.

The idea is to make you constantly aware of your intake, rather than be a true quantified self app.

There are now two ways to track - you 5 a day - and meal tracking - using a simple traffic light system.

This gives you a possible score of 99 health points a day - from your 5 a day - healthy meals and walking over 5000 steps a day.


The app is self contained and has a 7 day history and help guide to the size of portions that count. There are two 'clock' home screens to choose from - the classic fruit segments and the new colour wheel.

As well as selectable themes - it supports the gear s though responsive layouts.

Coming soon will be social sharing and a companion linked app.

It really makes you think about what you eat.
