Inspiration

We were inspired by COVID Relief efforts in India to create an easy one-click donations platform for crowdfunding non-profit efforts.

What it does

Our platform allows easy donations of Metis tokens to a common pool or to non-profit organizations. After donating, donors have the option to mint a NFT with a unique combination of three words - the mystery doner NFT.

How we built it

We used React.js for front-end, Moralis SDK for web3 integration and deployed smart contract for the NFT on Metis testnet.

Challenges we ran into

We're novices in blockchain development and found smart contracts both interesting and challenging. We wanted to add a feature to visualize the funds transfer but could not because of time constraints. We hope to add it in the future.

What we learned

We learnt about web3 frameworks, hardhat and got to explore development the metis chain.

• DAOs for verification of projects.
