create a pwa app with name " D Square English Hub " features :

• i need a login page with the following details
  • name,password,course(IELTS,english communication) make it as drop down menu,mobile number,Parent's name,setup a Sample QR for payment (i will replace it later with real ones)
• consider name : Arun kumar and password : Arun2708 as Admin account
• student database management needed with the login page informations and make editable and deleteable,show login members in admin account, if admin give access then show the course details , i will update you later about course details
• in the admin account , i need to put attendance for the students,enter their test marks,ready for agency(separate by serious,budget,test marks),show graph about the students specific and also overall
• create a mocktest section for students and when they click it show the qr to join my channel (i will update it later)
