What was the inspiration

We got inspiration from the workshop and presentation downstairs as well as real life experiences and from Woodrow Wilson.

What does your product do

Helps people deal with anger and other negative emotions that involved with other classmates that they aren’t able to deal with rationally on their own.

How did you build it?

Built it within applab on code.org and thimble.

What challenges did you face while building your product?

At first we were a bit confused on how to all work on it together, but eventually worked it out so we could all work equally on our project, communicating ideas with one another properly and efficiently.

What accomplishments are you most proud of?

We´re proud of embedding our app into html, learning css, completing wireframes, delegating work effectively, and our rapid prototyping abilities.

What did you learn?

Team cooperation, how to communicate ideas properly between one another without confusion, coming up with real life situations for our app to go through and how it would respond, and working as an interdisciplinary team.

What’s next for your project?

Hopefully we’d be able to have schools pick it up and use it regularly, including teachers. We are optimistic that this app would considerably help students be able to better deal with emotions that are most likely interfering with their time at school or general mental health.
