Inspiration

We wanted to be able to have an app that allows you to do due diligence on stock transactions.

Using React for a frontend and NodeJS for backend

Challenges I ran into

SEC data is hard to deal with

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We managed to pull together a pretty cool looking visualization with sentiment analysis data that plugs into a variety of APIs in a relatively short period of time.

What I learned

SEC data is hard to deal with :)

What's next for D^2

Update the visualizations and add support for more than one stock selected at a given time.
