AI acts as a vigilant second opinion, sharpening the diagnostic blade. Faster diagnoses, personalized chatbots answering questions, and increased access to quality care in remote areas are all part of this vision. AI can empower patients and free up pathologists to provide focused care for complex cases.
What it does
This AI system helps pathologists analyze complex tissue samples to improve accuracy in diagnosis. Gives diagnosis Analysis and a helpful chatbot which can help them determine unseen possibilities of underlying disease
How we built it
Built it using AWS Party Rock and some input data
Challenges we ran into
Being a computer Science student getting correct input data like tissue descriptions were hard as i have very less idea on these .
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The diagnosis and the chatbot were very useful for those who actually used it mostly students who are perusing medical science they were able to explore more on what else might be the issue with the patient .

What's next for Cyto Sherlock
Would love to add image based analysis on different tissue i am still working on it. Which would make it easier for doctors to analyze and work on them
