Inspiration
My dad teaches cybersecurity in San Diego at CIAT, this inspired us to make our project.
What it does
The CyberShield website aims to educate people through interactive activities, simulations, and quizzes. (Fun fact, the entire website is a CTF with 630 points total - answer key in github v1.8.0)
How we built it
We built it using WindSurf, Claude Sonnet 4.5 (promo), and ChatGPT5/5mini
Challenges we ran into
It was hard to get the website looking exactly how we wanted to and center elements correctly. We also had a lot of trouble updating all the html headers when we added a new navigation option.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are most proud of our bulk password checker that allows users to import CSV files from Chrome.
What we learned
We learned web design, AI prompt engineering, and html coding from this project.
What's next for CyberShield Website
We may update the website based on feedback that we receive and we may continue to add more functionality, tools, and courses.
