CyberBridge AI is an incident-response agent that does something most observability and incident-management platforms still do poorly: it reaches external vendors over the phone, navigates support systems, escalates incidents, gathers evidence, and keeps the incident record updated automatically.

The key idea is simple:

When production is failing because of an external dependency, CyberBridge does not just tell the engineer whom to call. It actually calls them, gets answers, escalates, and feeds those answers back into the incident workflow.

Core problem It can detect During a serious outage, the internal team often knows that something is wrong but not whether the fault belongs to the cloud provider, ISP, payment processor, CDN, database vendor, security vendor, or another dependency. detect that an external vendor may be responsible, determine which support organization to contact, prepare incident context, call the vendor, navigate IVRs, explain the incident, request Severity-1 escalation, wait through transfers, collect case IDs, capture technical findings, ask for ETA, identify assigned engineer/team, request callback, perform follow-up calls, contact multiple vendors in parallel, reconcile conflicting answers, update the incident timeline, and recommend the next operational action.
