Cyber Snake

Inspiration

I've always loved simple computer games that are fun to play, so I decided to make a game that was familiar, accessible, and addictive to encourage every day users to participate in the educational component Secureworks is looking for. I chose the classic computer game snake as my starting point.

What it does

Players use the snake to answer questions about information security. The quiz drills players in important aspects of security hygiene that affect everyday users of the internet. It goes over password strength, account security, and more.

How we built it

I built this app using Svelte, a JavaScript framework.

Accomplishments that we're proud of / What we learned

When I began this app, I had never done a project in JavaScript and I certainly didn't know Svelte. Learning a JS framework has been really fun.

What's next for Cyber Snake

This idea could be extended to many more questions covering a lot more topics. I'd really love to expand it into more subject matter.
