Inspiration

I was inspired to create this project because I have noticed how vulnerable senior citizens can be to cyber scams. Many seniors are not familiar with the complexities of the internet, making them easy targets for scammers. I wanted to develop a solution that raises awareness and provides them with simple tools to stay safe online.

What it does

My project educates seniors on the various types of cyber scams and threats, such as phishing, financial fraud, and malware. It offers easy-to-understand explanations and practical advice to help them recognize and avoid potential dangers. The project is designed to empower them to protect themselves online.

How I built it

I built this project using a combination of research and web development tools. I focused on gathering relevant information on common cyber threats and creating educational content that is accessible and easy to follow. I also incorporated interactive features and visual aids to ensure the information is engaging for senior users.

Challenges I ran into

One of the main challenges I faced was simplifying technical concepts so that seniors could easily grasp them.
