Short description
The goal of our project is to extract top N number of candidates from large amount of CVs and reduce time of reading the CVs from 2 days to 2 minutes. The HR can upload a folder and set the criteria for the job application. The purpose of our application is to make HRs job easier as their job is just passing the requirements for candidates. Our application processes CV files (.docx, .pdf) passed in folder and extracts top N number of candidates based on years of experience, type of their degree level, cosine similarity of requirements query and skills of applicant and similarity of requirements query and text extracted from CV. Based on these factors we calculate total score for each participant. Each factor is weighted according to how important it is to the HR. Based on this score application extracts top N applicants. So as an HR you can use our application to do the dirty work for you. Then you can just choose between the applicants that apply to the criteria.
We also included a lot of pretty charts to help you decide, you can compare applicants, see how they are grouped (as senior, middle and junior) and view their match value (in %).
