Inspiration
Scissors beats paper. But, what if a player was able to use cut-up paper and place it on other cards? How about taping and piecing paper? And how would the use of tape differ from glue?
How we built it
The project was built in Unity, but most of the art assets were made by me, Edward Leon, in Photoshop!
How to play:
While in the list:
- To traverse the map, click any of the area pieces one away from you player to the right Whilst in battle:
- Keep track of mana as all cards have some mana cost
- Adjust the battle row using the left and right buttons
- Once you like the row, lock it in using the 'Lock In' to choose a row to affect
- This uses two mana each time you use the feature!
- To play cards:
- Select a card by clicking it and hitting play!
- Take into any range indicators to see how cards work
Do your best to get as far as possible!
The Range Indicators
Surround: Affects all other entities in the same row
Front: Affects entities on the right side of the row
Back: Affects entities on the left side of the row
Left/Right: Affects entities in the row to the left or the right of the player
Self: Affects just yourself
Btw if the card doesn't have a range indicator, it defaults to surround
