🚀 About the Project

CustomerLabs 1PD Ops is the world’s first no-code first-party data operations platform designed for marketers. It was born out of a simple but pressing need:

"Why should marketers rely on developers every time they need to collect or use customer data?"

With the rise of privacy regulations and the death of third-party cookies, it became clear that traditional tracking methods and complex CDPs weren't sustainable for most marketing teams—especially ones without deep technical resources. 💡 What Inspired Us

We spoke to dozens of marketers who struggled with:

Incomplete or broken event tracking.

Data silos across tools like Meta Ads, HubSpot, and Klaviyo.

Long wait times for engineering support.

The vision was simple: Give marketers the power to run their own 1st-party data operations—no code required. 🧱 How We Built It

We built CustomerLabs 1PD Ops with a modern stack:

We developed a lightweight JavaScript SDK and server-side tracking pipeline that ensures privacy-first data capture—compliant and cookieless. 🔧 Challenges We Faced

Balancing flexibility with simplicity: Making the tool powerful yet usable for non-technical users.

Building real-time identity resolution: Stitching anonymous and known user data accurately.

Maintaining compliance: Ensuring GDPR and CCPA readiness while still enabling performance marketing.
