Inspiration

Businesses collect huge amounts of customer data, but most struggle to transform it into meaningful insights. We wanted to build an AI-powered platform that helps organizations understand customer behavior, predict future actions, and make data-driven decisions in real time.

What it does

CustomerIQ is an intelligent customer analytics platform that uses Artificial Intelligence to analyze customer interactions, identify purchasing patterns, predict customer churn, segment customers automatically, and generate actionable business insights through an interactive dashboard.

How we built it

We developed the frontend using React.js for a responsive and user-friendly interface. The backend was built with Node.js and Express.js, while MongoDB stores customer information securely. AI models analyze customer behavior and generate predictions. REST APIs connect the frontend, backend, and AI services to deliver real-time insights.

Challenges we ran into Collecting and preparing meaningful customer datasets. Improving prediction accuracy. Optimizing dashboard performance. Integrating AI models with the web application. Creating a simple and intuitive user experience
