Inspiration

Inspiration is to create an LLM based system to make processes more efficient and create value with AI.

What it does

An LLM based system which helps customer service agents to inturn help the customers coming in store.

How we built it

We built it on Databricks with the help of DBRX instruct.

Challenges we ran into

Many infrastructure related challenges in the implementation.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Increased level of understanding on LLM based concepts and systems.

What we learned

With all the research and brainstorming we did, it was a great learning opportunity to dive in solving for Retail and CPG with GenAI.
