The difficulty customers face in finding accurate information about home appliances. The desire to provide a faster, more efficient way for customers to get answers without waiting for customer support.
What it does
Customers can search manuals, have their FAQs answered, search for error codes they receive in home appliances, also book repairs with ease. Provides an AI-powered customer support agent specifically designed for the home appliances sector. Enables customers to find answers to their questions easily and quickly through a conversational interface. Reduces wait times and eliminates the need for phone calls or email correspondence.
How we built it
We have used Vertex AI Agent Builder to create this support agent. We have created an agent and used a datastore as a tool to fetch information required for the customer questions. We have currently integrated it into our Slack because of limitations in integration, but our main moto is to use it in various applications like customer-facing websites, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.
Challenges we ran into
Data Collection: Gathering relevant and comprehensive data on home appliances, including technical specifications, troubleshooting tips, and user manuals. Sometimes the agent will respond differently even though in instructions it was mentioned to use some tool to answer it

Improved Customer Satisfaction: Reduced customer frustration and increased satisfaction by providing faster, more convenient access to information. Increased Efficiency: Freed up customer support agents to focus on more complex issues, leading to improved overall efficiency.

What's next for Customer Support Agent
Expand Knowledge Base: Continue to add more information, including troubleshooting videos, visual guides, and user reviews. Personalization: Develop features that personalize the customer experience based on appliance type, user history, and preferences. Integration with Other Systems: Integrate the AI agent with other customer support systems, such as ticketing platforms or CRM software. Multi-Lingual Support: Extend the AI agent's capabilities to support multiple languages.
