we were using excel sheets and emails to track the Project leads internally. We missed a few opportunities because of improper tracking. As we are an Appian partner and we have a cloud environment, We decided to try this as a POC and do it for ourselves, We also suggest our client use this, and a few of them did like it.

What it does

CRM offers an Opportunity Tracking tool that allows you to see where your customer is in the sales cycle, which is the deal’s size, contact history, and competitor profile to help you craft more fitting messages. Access these data in the easy, accurate Dynamic Reports & Dashboards

How we built it

The team have gathered all CRM functionality and usage to meet most CRM features in Appian We Built using the latest version of Appian 19.4
