Inspiration
Being a team of highly creative, tech-savvy and hard-working people our main motivation was to come together and learn from each other’s successes and failures. Professionals get to meet and collaborate, solve problems, share skills and help build better products.
What it does
It handles customer queries, requests, suggestions with bare human intervention.
How we built it
We used DialogueFlow Google API(for automated responses), React.js for frontend development, Figma for frontend design, Django for the backend.
Challenges we ran into
Before the hackathon started: Our biggest challenge was to build a team with the right temperament and can-do attitude. After the hackathon started: We were given 2 problems and we have to solve one. There was a division among team members for choosing the problem. After extensive discussion and analysing almost each and every possible aspect of the problem we build consensus and ensure each member is on the same page. Secondly, we were expecting the problem more inclined towards the development side (we practised that part before the hackathon) but problems were completely different(more AI, automation focused) and we had no experience in AI. Instead of losing hope, we choose to give it a try, even if we failed we will take something with us in form of a learning experience. For training our AI we couldn't find a suitable dataset so we generated our own dataset. Time management was our biggest challenge. We worked in turns. Two of our team members would work and the other would take power naps.
