Inspiration

We were trying to work on Finra's coding challenge

What it does

The chat app is currently not working but it's supposed to get your input and put it into a trained model that will then return output

How we built it

The team split up roles such as, Front end ui, Back-end Cloud, and TensorFlow ML

Challenges I ran into

We did not know about most of the tools we used and training the Model took way longer than expected

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We created a beautiful UI and were able to set up a Tensorflow project that gets trained off of conversation data

What we learned

We learned a lot about machine learning and deep learning

What's next for Customer Service Chatbot

We will try to actually connect the model to the back-end and have it properly send responses to the chat app.
