Project Story: Customer Service Call Coaching
Inspiration
In today's competitive market, exceptional customer service is crucial. We were inspired to create a solution that leverages advanced AI technology to transform the way customer service representatives are trained and coached. Our goal was to provide immediate, actionable feedback to agents, helping them continuously improve their performance and deliver outstanding service.
What It Does
Customer Service Call Coaching is a comprehensive solution that enhances customer service performance through real-time analysis and feedback. Here's how it works:
Call Handling
When a customer service representative receives a call, they are prompted to enter the 10-digit number of the customer they are talking to. This initiates a conference call setup.Transcription
During the call, the conversation is transcribed in real-time and stored in a Firestore database.Analysis
After the call ends, the transcript is analyzed using advanced AI models, focusing on communication clarity, problem-solving effectiveness, and customer engagement.Feedback
Based on the analysis, personalized coaching feedback is generated. An ElevenLabs virtual agent then calls the customer service representative back to deliver this feedback. The virtual agent provides detailed insights and allows the representative to discuss specific parts of the call, ask questions, and receive further guidance.
How We Built It
We built the solution using FastAPI for the backend, integrating with Twilio for call handling and Firebase for data storage. The real-time transcription and analysis are powered by advanced AI models, including Gemini AI. The ElevenLabs virtual agent is used to deliver personalized coaching feedback through interactive callback sessions.
Challenges We Ran Into
One of the main challenges was ensuring real-time transcription accuracy and integrating it seamlessly with the AI analysis. Additionally, setting up the interactive feedback system with the ElevenLabs virtual agent required careful coordination and testing to ensure a smooth user experience.

We are proud of creating a solution that provides immediate, actionable feedback to customer service representatives, helping them improve their performance. The integration of real-time transcription, AI analysis, and interactive feedback sessions with a virtual agent is a significant achievement.
What We Learned

In the future, we plan to enhance the solution by incorporating more advanced AI models for deeper analysis and expanding the feedback system to include more interactive features.
