Inspiration
Positive news will normally cause individuals to buy stocks. Good earnings reports, an announcement of a new product, a corporate acquisition, and positive economic indicators all translate into buying pressure and an increase in stock prices.
What it does
When breaking news comes at stock prices will react. This is called price discovery. Investors will process the new information and decide how stock prices will be affected. So our website will predict if a particular new headline is positive or negative for a particular stock prediction.
How we built it
We used the dataset from Kaggle, We preprocessed the dataset and apply in machine learning algorithm to it . We deploy the model on the website using streamlit .
Challenges we ran into
Getting less accuracy, we solve the issue by trying different machine learning algorithm.
